Our CYO program has basketball teams for grades 3 through 8, November through February. Track takes place in the Spring for grades Kindergarten through 8. Our track team is combined with that of St. Anne's parish. In the CYO program, Our Lady of the Rosary youth play teams from other parishes. Basketball games and track meets take place on Saturdays and Sundays, while practices take place during the week. The Basketball program also has a cheer leading program. The Guadalupe Society is a parish service organization. It works to support the parish, and it organizes the celebration of the Feast of Our Lady of Guadalupe in December. The society meets monthly on the second Saturday of the month at 10:00 a.m. in the Eddie Dobrec Conference Room of the Hall. For more information e-mail or call the Parish Office at (510) 471-2609. |

The Knights of Columbus is a Catholic fraternal society found in several countries around the world. The Knights have a council in our parish, named the Our Lady of the Rosary Council # 6288. The purpose of our Knight's council is to have brother Knights support each other, provide the Knights' families with activities to be engaged in, and to provide service to the parish. The Guild is an organization of the ladies in the parish. The ladies not only socialize, but they raise funds for various projects in the parish and offer their help at many parish functions. For more information contact Joan Linson at (510) 471-0191. |

The parish's St. Vincent de Paul council operates a food pantry, which is located in a trailer on the parish grounds. Food is distributed to the needy in the community on a daily basis by volunteers.
