REGISTRATION FOR FAITH FORMATION 

TO TAKE PLACE AT THE END OF JULY AND BEGINNING OF AUGUST

WHO SHOULD REGISTER FOR FAITH FORMATION?

Those who . . .

• Were in the program last year and have not yet received First Communion or been Confirmed
• Want to baptize a child over the age of 7
• Want to have their child receive their First Communion — 2nd through 7th grade
• Are adults who want to receive sacraments that they did not receive when they were younger (they will enroll in our OCIA program, formerly known as RCIA)
• NOTE: As our high school Confirmation program is changing, we will not be accepting new registrants until the 2026-27 academic year. 

THIS YEAR THE REGISTRATION PROCESS IS DIFFERENT.

All registration will be performed IN PERSON ON SUNDAYS OR WEDNESDAYS in the Parish Hall.  There will be no online option.

The registration sessions are as follows:

• Sunday July 27 from 8:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
• Wednesday July 30 from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
• Sunday August 3 from 8:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
• Wednesday August 13 from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.

• For those being enrolled for the first year, bring a copy of their birth certificate to registration.
• If your child has been baptized, bring a copy of their Baptism certificate, unless they were baptized at OLR — please specify at time of registration.
• Bring credit / debit card or cash — you will see the cost of registration when you download the registration form.
• Please note that all required documents and payment are due at the time of registration.
